Taxi Co-op is an association of more than 285 owners - the real founders of the taxi-industry, who bear responsibility for their cooperative. So it doesn’t matter, which cab comes to pick you up - you will always enjoy the highest quality standards, be it a tidy cab inside and out, or comfort and professionalism. Our qualified drivers have been trained to leave you fully satisfied with their driving, and you will arrive at your destination quickly and safely. Founded in 1980, Taxi Co-op is undoubtedly the most famous and valued taxi service among the clients in Montreal.   1. In order to satisfy your needs, the vehicle park of the Montreal Taxi Cooperative consists of 325 cabs, among them 36 mini vans, 10 station wagons, and the majority of medium sedan-cars. 26 of our vehicles are equipped with POS terminals.
     
  2. You can order a cab to go to the airport, railway station, or bus station. Or if you call from a municipality other than Montreal, and would like to be taken to the above stated destinations. Our reservation service is available 24/7. Reservations can be made via our customer service for some special occasions, such as transportation of children to school or group rides, etc.
     
  3. You have left your umbrella, laptop or anything else in one of our cabs? Please give us a call at 514 725-2128 PO box 236, leave your contact information, for example, the address from which you have ordered the taxi, time and date of the order, or any other information that can help us trace the car. We will call you back only if we find your belongings. If it was a cab, which you had hailed in the street, you must understand that it will be much more difficult to find and identify it.
     
  4. If you order a taxi from the representative at our call centers, specify the payment method you would like to use: bank cards, credit cards (Visa, Amex, Master, En Route), Coop credit coupons or other. If you have ordered a taxi at TAXI COOP call center and specified your demand to the operator, he/she will select the driver, who will accept the requested payment.
     
  5. We guarantee a secure delivery of your packages. Fast, reliable, guaranteed traceability. The minimal tariff for one dispatch is $11.
     
  6. You are not satisfied with our service, you would like to make a complaint against one of the drivers or notify of the incident related to the ride that was effected by Taxis Coop? Fill out the form, provided for this case, and we assure you that it will undergo a thorough examination.
     
  7. The drivers of the Montreal Taxi Cooperative are not Coop wage workers; they are private entrepreneurs and earn money as cab-drivers during their work shifts.
     
  8. If you have ordered a cab at TAXI COOP call center and informed the operator about the presence of your pet, the operator will be sure to provide a taxi which allows the presence of pets. The driver has been notified of your wish and therefore has accepted the responsibility to take you and your pet on. In other cases nothing obliges the driver to accept persons, accompanied by their pets, except for the blind with their guide-dogs.
     
  9. Taxi drivers are obliged to drive the passengers to the destination, taking the most direct route at their discretion, except if the passengers indicate otherwise. In this case, the taxi driver has to comply with the wish of the passenger.
