Conditions

The user of credit coupons and the account holder are jointly responsible for the repayment of the indicated nominal value.

Montreal Taxi Co-op reserves the right to revoke the usage of the above mentioned service from the account holder by a simple written notification.

The holder acknowledges that the Taxi Co-op credit coupons are in bearer form and that he assumes full responsibility from the moment of their dispatch to the indicated address. Therefore, the holder is responsible for the repayment of the whole used card, even if this usage was a result of a malefaction or involuntary wrongdoing.

The holder is obliged to pay the indicated sum upon receipt of the pay sheet issued by Taxi Co-op. Additional costs of 7% of the monthly invoiced sum are included to the pay sheet in order to cover administrative costs.

The interest rate of 2% per month (24% per year) is added to the unpaid balance.

The holder can contest the monthly pay sheet within 15 days after its receipt by sending a written notification to Taxi Co-op office. If he/she has failed to do this, the pay sheet is considered valid and the holder can not further contest its validity.

The fact of using credit coupons constitutes the acceptance of the above-stated conditions.
